What to wear:

Pick an outfit that you are comfortable in, that is flattering from every angle, makes you feel good and would represent your brand well. In general, neutral colors are best, but feel free to bring what ever else you like in addition. Do no wear anything with a logo unless it is your own. Form fitting items are more flattering on every body type in photographs. For men, a suit always works, but bring a couple of casual options as well.

What to bring:

Please feel free to bring as many outfit options as you like. I'll help choose what will look best based on our consultation. Make sure your outfits are clean and pressed. Bring any hair product you may use, but don't worry...I have hairspray to take care of the flyaways. Ladies, if you opt out of our hair and make-up artist, please bring your makeup bag with you as well.

Skin, Hair & Makeup:

We offer the option of having a hair and make-up artist in the studio for you if you prefer. Moisturize your face very well the night before and the day of your session. Men, if you shave, please do so right before your session, but be sure to use a cooling gel to calm any skin redness or any bumps (we can also do images with your facial hair first and you can shave in our bathroom for two very different looks!). Ladies, if you opt out of our hair and make-up artist, your daytime make-up is a great choice for your images. Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

How to prepare:

  • Try on your outfits, check each outfit from every angle and remove any tags
  • Iron out any wrinkles, and remove any lint/pet hair (but I have a lint roller just in case!)
  • Get plenty of sleep the night before your session so you are well rested.
  • Drink Plenty of water
  • Relax, have fun, be yourself & trust me...I've got your back every step of the way!
